E-Sign & Communications Consent

1. E-Sign Act Consent (Electronic Records)

Under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act), you agree that ReadinessIQ.ai and any Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer we connect you with may provide required disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records electronically instead of on paper. Electronic delivery methods include the ReadinessIQ.ai website, borrower portal, email, and SMS.

Hardware and software you need

  • An internet-connected device with a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox).
  • A working email address you can access.
  • A device capable of displaying PDF documents.
  • Sufficient storage to save or print records you want to keep.

Right to receive paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record at any time by emailing privacy@readinessiq.ai. There is no fee for paper copies.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw E-Sign consent at any time by emailing privacy@readinessiq.ai. Withdrawal is effective going forward only and may limit or prevent your continued use of the Service.

Updating your contact information

Keep your email address and phone number current in your portal so we can reach you.

2. TCPA Consent (Calls, Texts, and Emails)

By providing your phone number and email address and checking the consent box, you expressly consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law that ReadinessIQ.ai and a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer we match you with may contact you at the number and email you provided — including on a wireless number — using automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, SMS/MMS text messages, and email, for purposes including but not limited to your Readiness Scorecard results, document status, action-plan reminders, loan officer handoff, and educational updates.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the Service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

Opting out

  • Text: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or manage preferences in your portal.
  • Calls: Ask the caller to add you to our internal do-not-call list, or email privacy@readinessiq.ai.

Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional messages required for your account or for a loan process you have started.

3. Recording of Consent

When you check the consent boxes, we record the date, time, IP address, and version of this consent document with your account or lead record as evidence of your agreement.
