Partner FAQ
- How much does the Arizona partner program cost?
- Founding Arizona partners get the Producer plan free for the first 6 months (normally $49/mo). After that, agents and LOs can stay on the free tier (5 active buyers) or upgrade for unlimited buyers, CRM handoff, and co-branded Readiness Passports.
- What licensing do I need to join?
- Active Arizona real estate license (ADRE) for agents, or active AZ NMLS registration for loan officers. We verify both before activation.
- How does RED hand off buyers to me?
- When an Arizona buyer completes a scorecard, RED matches them to a partner based on city, price band, and program fit (FHA, VA, Home Plus DPA, etc.). You get a real-time notification with the full readiness snapshot — no cold leads.
- Do I keep my referral relationship?
- Yes. Every buyer you bring in stays tied to you. RED never poaches — the platform preserves your agent–LO pair through closing.
- Is this a lead-gen fee?
- No. We do not charge per-lead fees. Partners pay a flat monthly SaaS price (or stay free) and keep 100% of the commission or origination.
